# Expert suggestions:

01 -
  • It tastes indulgently rich and sweet without any guilt, because it's literally just fruit and water.
  • No cooking required means you can make it on your worst mornings when the thought of heating anything up feels impossible.
  • One blender does all the work, so cleanup is minimal and you have more time to actually enjoy what you made.
02 -
  • The sweetness of your juice depends almost entirely on the ripeness of your fruit, so taste before you add any honey or sweetener.
  • If you're using a less powerful blender, cut your fruit into smaller pieces or the motor might struggle and the juice will stay grainy.
03 -
  • Cut your fruit into roughly equal-sized pieces so everything blends evenly and you don't end up with half-pulped chunks.
  • Use frozen fruit instead of fresh if you want a colder, almost slushy texture without watering it down with ice.
