A fresh, energizing blend of leafy greens, fruit, and ginger for a revitalizing boost.

# What you'll need:

→ Greens

01 - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, packed
02 - 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed

→ Fruits

03 - 1 medium green apple, cored and chopped
04 - 1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen
05 - 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen

→ Liquids

06 - 1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
07 - Juice of 1/2 lemon

→ Flavor & Boosters

08 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
09 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
10 - 4-6 ice cubes (optional)

# How to make it:

01 - Place spinach, kale, green apple, banana, pineapple, water or coconut water, lemon juice, ginger, and chia seeds into blender container.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes.
03 - Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until frothy and well-chilled.
04 - Taste and adjust with additional lemon juice or small splash of water to reach preferred thickness.
05 - Pour into glasses and serve immediately while cold.
