04 - Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes until slightly firm and easier to handle for shaping.
05 - With slightly damp hands to prevent sticking, roll the mixture into 16 evenly sized balls, using approximately 1 tablespoon per bite.
06 - If desired, roll each finished bite in shredded coconut, pressing gently to adhere the coating evenly across the surface.
